1. Customs / Baggage Claim Meet: With this option, your Oakland Airport Transportation chauffeur will meet you at the airline's baggage claim area if you are arriving domestically, or at the customs exit if you are arriving on an international flight. In either case, your chauffeur will help handle your bags and escort you to your vehicle. This additional service will cost $25.00 + parking for a Baggage Claim Meet, or $40.00 + parking for a Customs Meet. Advanced reservations are required.
2. Call for Oakland Airport Transportation Immediate Pick-Up: Make a reservation and then call us directly at our toll-free number, 1-650-228-1920, when you arrive. Follow the instructions to speak to a dispatcher. Your vehicle will pick you up within 5 minutes (our vehicles are staged at Oakland Airport's parking area), carrying a sign with the passenger's name on the dashboard. Advanced reservations are required.

Although making a reservation is always recommended, WE CAN USUALLY STILL SERVE YOU WITHOUT A RESERVATION. If you arrive at the airport without a reservation, you should still call us. We will usually still be able to accommodate you, with an approximate extra fee of $10.00 for immediate service.
